The Northwest Lineman College is a 10 mile drive from your stay.  You are located about 6 miles from downtown Oroville, and less than 1 mile from Lake Oroville and the Oroville Dam.  

 This home is located on two acres with plenty of parking and lots outside space.  Enjoy this quiet setting as it provides an enjoyable atmosphere to relax or study outside.

This home will accommodate 4 lineman students.  This home offers two private bedrooms with a shared bathroom and one shared master bedroom with attached bathroom.  It has a large, open living room area, full kitchen, two dining areas, and a large front deck.  It includes an inside laundry room and plenty of off-street parking.  

The Northwest Lineman College is a 5 mile drive from your stay.  You are located about 2.5 miles from downtown Oroville and about 4 miles from Lake Oroville Recreation Area, Forebay Aquatic Center, the Oroville Dam, Bidwell Marina, boat launching and plenty of hiking and biking trails.
